British International Evangelism (B.I.E.)
BIE is registered in Bend, OR, specifically to raise support for the Delroy Brown's international ministry to establish churches and train preachers and workers. What began wih the planting of Porthill Christian Church in Staffordshire England in he 1980s has expanded to Australia, Africa and the Pacific region.
