Women's Ministry- With a Women's Shepherding group that meets weekly and activities throughout the year, our Women's Ministry is key in building heartfelt woman to woman relationships. For more information contact Sheri Marlow at 389-9302.

Youth Ministry- Our teens are NOT the church of tomorrow, they ARE the church of today! We have both High School and Junior High groups that meet on a weekly basis and activities scheduled throughout the year. For more information on High School Ministry call Mark Tumilson at 410-6042.

Children's Ministry- At RLCC, our kids come first. That is why we are dedicated to making sure each child receives the love of Christ in their own terms and in their own way. We have a full children's ministry every Sunday morning and more coming. What is more exciting is that this ministry is helping entire families come together and grow in Christ. Singles Ministry- A fun ministry designed to equip, encourage and support the single men and women at RLCC. They meet a few times through out the year for fun activities. For more information call Nicole Johansen at 388-1370.

Worship Ministry Team- Our Sunday morning worship team not only serves the Lord through singing and the arts, but it is also a warm, fun place to be. We have two groups that meet weekly. For more information call Keryn Glass at 420-6478 or Michal Yourdon at 593-5986.

Benevolence Ministry Team- This team is on the front line helping meet the needs of people in the church and outside the church. This help includes providing food, financial assistance and much more. To be part of this exciting ministry call Jen Zekmeister at 598-7756

First Impression Ministry Team- Here is a team of people that know what it means to be warm and friendly. Whether it's greeting somebody at the front door, helping a family find a child's classroom or simply welcoming some, this team shows the love of Christ from beginning to end. Office Ministry Team- The office ministry team is the hub of communication for the church. It is this team that provides the networking that is vital to the health and effectiveness of the church and its ministries. Volunteers are always needed,so call us at 312-8844.

Prayer Ministry Team- The Church is only as effective as the people who are praying for it! We believe that it is not just an extension of the ministry, we believe it is the foundation. Finance Ministry Team- Jesus said, " Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." Our Finance Ministry Team believes that every resource God has provided for RLCC needs to reflect His priorities. This team provides financial counseling and training for people desiring to better understand God's financial management plan.
